Email hosting is a service that allows individuals and organizations to create and manage their own email addresses using their own domain name, rather than using generic email addresses provided by an internet service provider (ISP) or email service such as Gmail or Yahoo.
In your affiliate and email marketing campaigns, you require a domain name, but an email too. Emails provide a means to communicate with your customers and attend to their requirements. This section will focus on multiple ways to create emails and find email hosting.

Here are the instructions below:
Create an account with Namecheap, and verify your email address.
Go the Top Menu bar and select Emails
A dropdown should appear, select BUSINESS EMAILS
Now choose one of Three Offers, depending on the number of mailboxes you want.
Now Select One of the three options that applies to you
A. Purchase a Domain Name
B. Use a Domain I own with Namecheap
C. Use a Domain I own from Another Registrar
Enter the Domain Name you would like to use and Click Continue.
Now, select Private Email on the vertical menu located on the left hand side of the screen.
Click the Manage button located on the right hand side of the screen.
Now select the "Create Mailbox" button.
HOW TO CREATE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR HOSTING COMPANY (BLUEHOST)
Hosting companies offer the complete package these days where you can buy domains, host websites as well as create and host emails.
HERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CREATE EMAILS ON BLUEHOST
Login to Bluehost
Look on the Horizontal bar on the left and click EMAIL & OFFICE
Click the MANAGE Button next to the Domain name you wish to build an email on.
Click on the +Create blue button located on the right middle section of the page.
Under “Create An Email account”, select the domain name you wish to use.
Enter your username (Eg: info@plumpals.com, alex@plumpals.com etc)
Insert your password
Click the + Create blue button and you done!
HOW TO CREATE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR HOSTING COMPANY (DREAMHOST)
Login to Dreamhost
Look on the Horizontal bar on the left and click MAIL
A drop down will appear, Click on MANAGE EMAIL
Select The CREATE NEW EMAIL ADDRESS
Name your email address, and make sure you have the right domain name selected next to it
Insert your password and details
Click the CREATE ADDRESS button and you done!
AVOID HOTMAIL, GMAIL AND YAHOO WHEN DOING EMAIL MARKETING
Most People do not trust Hotmail, Gmail, and Yahoo email accounts. If you are selling a product or service, you should use a professional email. Hosting emails is incredibly cheap, you can pay as much as $3 per month. Avoid using public emails especially if you are doing Email Marketing.
